I found my new gym home! The flexibility of the circuit group training schedule is very important to me and this gym provides many daily options. The trainers are well qualified and offer modifications for any fitness level or injury. Every class provides a complete body workout (including warm ups and stretching). The atmosphere is fun and energizing and I really look forward to going!

At 56 years old, I was a little nervous about whether I would be able to keep up, but Coach Casey and Coach Anthony have been amazing. They are encouraging, knowledgeable, and always willing to modify exercises when needed to accommodate individual abilities and limitations.
